Job Description :

Help solve customer problems/constraints via Telephone/Email/Application/Web/Social Media
Create customer or non customer reporting ticket.
Contacting customers (customers who need callbacks) to resolve customer problems/constraints.
Answering and resolving all customer questions/requests in accordance with Company regulations.
Ready to work with Target
Requirement :

Education Min S1 all majors
Maximum 35 years old
Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Call Center (Customer Service) in Telecommunication and Banking Companies, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Have English language skills (ACTIVE)
Ready for Working Shifting
Ready for training for 1 month
