Responsibilities
Ensuring documentation of QHSE (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Management System are controlled properly.
Setting up and ensuring QHSE document filing are well-managed.
Monitoring the implementation of QHSE and ensuring company’s adherence to regulations.
Providing administrative support to QHSE management system.
Ensuring necessary payment vouchers are well prepared.
Planning and monitoring the readiness of QHSE documentation.
Qualification
Bachelor degree in any fields.
Min. 0-2 years in related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Having knowledge of: Filing System, Computer literate, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other Indonesian regulations related to QHSE.
2. Marketing Staff/Officer
Responsibilities
Fixing cargo for vessels space.
Doing market research and presentation.
Maintain and improving relationship with customers.
Looking for new customers.
Monitoring market movement/trends.
Exploring new market and charterer.
Monitoring vessel movement together with Operation.
Planning customer visit (existing and new).
Qualification
Bachelor degree in any fields.
Min. 1-2 year experiences in Shipping Company, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Having knowledge of: Shipping/chartering/brokering/media/marketing & sales experience, shipping knowledge preferred (General liquid cargo, Vessel knowledge & International convention, Pre-fixture & Post-fixture, B/L & Marine Insurance).
