Job description:
Create Business Requirement Document (BRD)
Coordinate with project stakeholders, both internal and external, such as business process leaders, IT developer teams, and system procedure teams related to business needs and projects
Carry out system testing based on agreed BRD and SOP (UAT, SIT)
Create materials and conduct training related to system changes and usage
Monitoring the results of project implementation to ensure they align with the initial objectives
Requirement:
Min. Bachelor Degree Industrial Engineering, Information System
Have 1 year experience in related field is a plus, or with intern experience
Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements through techniques
Have ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Have aptitude for identifying business problems, proposing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement them effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of business processes, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Have basic understanding of project management methodologies and techniques to coordinate and execute business analysis activities within project timelines.
