Peserta akan menjalani program FGDP selama 2 tahun (4 semester), berisi berbagai modul pelatihan teknis (teori dan praktek) serta pengembangan diri dan kepemimpinan. Lulusan program ini diproyeksikan untuk menjadi pemimpin-pemimpin IWIP di masa depan.
1. FGDP – HSE
Major :
Environmental Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Occupational Health & Safety
Mining Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Chemical Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Qualification :
Minimum education Bachelor (S1) from all majors, preferably engineering from a reputable university.
Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00
Have minimum one year experience and maximum two years in related field.
Fluently speaking and writing in English or Mandarin.
Age not more than 25 years and not color blind.
Willing to work full-time.
Willing to be relocated to any work location both mining area and industrial area.
Have high integrity and good analytical thinking.
Able to work both individually and in a team.
Independent and result oriented
2. FGDP – Metallurgy
Qualification :
Minimum education Associate Degree (D3) major in Metallurgy Engineering, preferably from a reputable university.
Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00
Maximum 2 years experience in related field.
Understand the basic principles of pyrometallurgy, especially nickel laterite pyrometallurgy.
A certificate of technical competence in melting engineering is preferred.
Fluently speaking and writing in English or Mandarin.
Age not more than 25 years and not color blind.
Willing to work full-time and make regular reports.
Willing to be relocated to any work location both mining area and industrial area.
Have high integrity and good analytical thinking.
Able to work both individually and in a team.
Independent and result oriented.
