Job Description:
Operating a Mobile Mixing Units (MMU) to supply emulsion explosives and Ammonium Nitrate (AN) from the On-Site Plant (OSP) to the blasting site
Controlling the quantity and quality of explosive materials delivered to the blasting site
Ensuring workplace safety during EDU operation and explosive material filling processes.
Providing accurate data from the magazine’s shipment to the client.
Performing quality control testing of the explosive materials filled into the boreholes.
Verifying and checking the daily readiness of the EDU unit.
Ensuring the loading of raw materials into the EDU (AN, Emulsion, and Gassing Agent).
Job Requirements:
Min. Senior High School degree/Vocational High School degree
Max. 40 years old
Have SIM B2 License
Minimum 3 Years experience as MMU/EDU/ANFO Operation
Preferably experienced in operating MMU (Volvo, Hino, Scania)
Have Forklift SIO from Disnaker or Minerba
Willing to place in Remote Area
2. Mechanic
Job Description:
Perform engine maintenance, troubleshooting and unit repair
Ensure clean and safety work area
Making report for daily activities and logbook
Applying K3-LH procedure
Job Requirements:
Min. Senior High School /Vocational High School degree
Max. 40 years old
Minimum 3 Years experience as Mechanic
Experienced handling drilling units, MMU, ANFO, EDU or
Preferably experienced in drilling service or mining service
Having BMC certification is preferred
Willing to place in Remote Area
3. Technical Service & QC Engineer
Job Description:
Carrying out work in accordance with the SOP
Prioritizing safety in carrying out work
Ground Vibration measurement, analyses, and reporting
HEBS II application and troubleshooting on bench
Drill and Blast audit on bench and reporting
Create a tie-up design using Blast plan or Shot Plus S/W
Velocity of Detonation measurement, analyses, and reporting
Job Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
Max. 40 years old
Minimum 3 Years experience in the same position
Fluently in English
Certified in KJL II
Familiar with Emultion Technology and blasting Software
Preferably understanding electronic detonator
Willing to be place in remote area
4. Foreman Drill & Blast
Job Description:
Organizing drill and blast activities and ensuring that the site plan meets the achievement targets
Ensuring that the blasting process complies with safety blasting standards
Controlling, managing and reporting Drill & Blast activities
Understanding the Drill & Blast design related to the blasting process
Organizing and supervising Drill and Blast activities involving the explosives specialist, assistant explosives specialist, and blast crew
Communicating with the client during the blasting design and blasting process
Job Requirements:
Min. Graduated in D3
Max. 40 years old
Minimum 2 Years experience as Drill & Blast position
Fluently in English
Certified in POP
Willing to place In Remote Area
5. Drill & Blast Supervisor
Job Description:
Comply with all K3 regulations that apply in drill and blast activities
Fulfil the requirements of work safety regulations
Creating SHE culture with employee participation in participating in work safety programs such as toolbox meetings, safe work practices or JSA
Arrange and control the drill and blast activities from the Blaster, Assistant Blaster and Blast Crew
Ensure the explosion process is in accordance with the SOP
Communicate with clients in the process of Blasting Design and the blasting process
Job Requirement:
Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
Max. 40 Years Old
Min. 3 Years Experienced in Drill Blast Supervisor
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Hold Blasting Competency (KJL) Class II is a must
Having POP Certificate
Understanding applications of drill and blast design
Willing to be placed in Remote Area
6. OSP Supervisor
Job Description
Conducting inspection of chemical manufacturing equipment
Ensure the manufacture of oxidizer, fuel solution, emulsion, gassing agent solution in line with the procedure
Conducting inspection in working area
Providing the right emulsion product to customers
Job Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degree
Max. 40 Years Old
Min. 3 Years Experienced in Drill Blast Supervisor
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Having POP Certificate
Understanding Manufacture of Emulsion, oxidizer, fuel solution etc
Willing to be placed in Remote Area
7. Blaster
Job description :
Take explosives and fill in the explosive collection form in the explosive warehouse
Plan a daily detonation time limit by maintaining communication on clients
Managing the detonator and booster well
Manage explosives, detonators and boosters correctly and safely
Responsible for the safety of everyone who enters the designated work area in the explosion area and is responsible for the secure area limits
Requirements :
Max Age 40 years old
Min. 3 years experienced as blaster
Min. Education Highschool (SMA sederajat)
Have an Active KJL Cerificate
Have active KIM or KIM return letter from the previous company
Willing to be placed in Remote Area
8. OSP Operator
Job Description :
Carry out inspection of working tools
Manufacture of oxidizer, fuel solution, emulsion, gassing agent solution according with the procedure
Operating Forklift for moving chemical material
Do the “Housekeeping in working area
Job Requirement :
Max Age 40 years old
Min. 3 years experienced as OSP/Plant Operator
Min. Education Highschool (SMA sederajat)
Have an Active KJL Cerificate
Have KJL II Certificate
Willing to be placed in Remote Area
