Technical Service Staff
Main Job :
Handling customer complaint & inquiry
Customer problem/complaint investigation & analysis
Maintain good relationship with customer and coil center/trading
Coordination and deliver customer information & inquiry to internal (related department)
Collect competitor information & propose activity to customer
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree (S1) preferably majoring Material or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of working experience in automotive industry (steel industry is preferable) as an Engineering or a Quality
Having good leadership, communication skill, analytical thinking, able to work as a team
Having good personality, high initiative and able to work under preasure
Having good knowledge about material & steel industry
Having good computer skill (Ms Excel, Ms Power Point, Ms Word)
Able to speak English both verbal & written, Japanese (will be advantage)
