Description:
PMO Kartu Prakerja has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the Strategic Planning and Advocacy Project Manager. The role is responsible for:
* Leading, developing and implementing the program advocacy strategy and plan
* Collaborating and organizing advocacy events with relevant external stakeholders;
* Preparing concept notes, issue notes, background documents, scoping notes, policy/learning briefs, best practices guidelines and case studies to generate resources for evidence-based advocacy, and link these lessons to Kartu Prakerja Program.
Requirements:
* A Master’s degree in Social Sciences/Economics/Public Policy/Development Studies/Political Science/International Relations, or any other related field of study from a reputed Indonesian/International university is required.
* More than 6 years of experience with 1 years at mid or senior level especially in the areas of advocacy and communications.
* Strong understanding of outreach at the international level.
* Experience in building and developing relationship with various stakeholders, government and non government agencies at the district, province, national and international levels.
* Excellent written and spoken skills in English.
* Strong presentation skills and good knowledge of the general political context and key economic policies.
* Demonstrate ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders in a sensitive environment is required.
2. Evaluation Staff
Description:
PMO Kartu Prakerja has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Evaluation Staff. The role is responsible for:
* Developing Kartu Prakerja evaluation systems
* Implementing different research and evaluation initiatives using both qualitative and quantitative methods
* Generating evidence of project impact and benefits for policy makers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, or any other related field of study is required.
* At least 1 years of considerable experience of working with survey data
* Familiarity with survey research literature, methods, and processes would be an asset.
* Strong econometric skills and broad experience in undertaking econometric analysis of survey data would be highly desired.
* Proven STATA programming skill is required (proficiency in SQL, R, and Python will be prioritized).
* Strong writing skills and communication skills are highly desired.
* Strong communication and facilitation skills, and ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders in a sensitive environment is required.
3. Copy Editor/Writer Staff
Description:
PMO Kartu Prakerja has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Copy Editor/Writer Staff. The role is responsible for:
* Writing and editing well-researched articles in various formats, ensuring that the style and format is consistent with Kartu prakerja editorial guidelines;
* Editing, revising and rewriting as needed and formatting to produce high quality, reader friendly, accessible, timely, results-based reports.
* Work with the relevant team to develop ideas for graphics and charts that creatively convey key messages/data in the report.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, English Language or Literature, Communications, Economics, Journalism.
* At least 2 years of considerable experience of writing and editing reports.
* Strong research and excellent writing skills in English, including analytic writing skills.
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
* Attention to details and familiar with the latest trends in economic and writing for international organization.
* Strong communication and facilitation skills, and ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders in a sensitive environment is required.
* High TOEFL iBT/IELTS score is an advantage.
