Requirements

1. Min. bachelor of Psychology or Human Resource Management
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but having working experience as a recruitment intern will be an advantage
3. Willing to Work From Office (2 days per week) based in Puri, West Jakarta

2. HRBP

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
2. Min. 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for HRBP from e-commerce/ retail/ distribution companies is an advantage
3. Deep understanding in talent management, organizational development, employee engagement
4. Strong analytical and creative thinking
5. Fluent in English, both written and speaking
6. Willing to travel if needed
7. Willing to be placed at Puri Indah, West Jakarta

3. Senior Recruitment Specialist

Requirements

1. Candidate must hold bachelor degree in Psychology/ HR management, preferably from reputable university
2. Having min. 3-4 years of working experience in recruitment field
3. Preferably from FMCG, E-commerce, and distribution companies and having experiences from headhunter companies will be an advantage
4. Proven experience in handling managerial up positions and deal with 3rd party
5. Able to conduct psychological test and make the report
6. Fast, dynamic and agile
7. Passion in beauty is a plus
8. Willing to work in Puri, West Jakarta
