Senior Manager Corporate Legal Service
Responsibility
- Engaging in the drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide variety of corporate contracts / agreements and other legal matters
- Providing clear and strategic legal advice to BOD / BOC / Stakeholders / Business Unit on all legal issues
- Advising the management regarding any policies and/or regulation changes that may impact the business
- Processing any litigation that arises
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc)
- Conduct legal research as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Law
- At least 8 years of professional working experience
- Previous exposure in BUMN will be a plus
- Strong experience in infrastructure project will be an advantage
- Preferably have a good understanding of Public Private Partnership
- Ability to work as a team player in a positive environment
- Ability to build and maintain good relationship both internally and externally at all levels
- Ability to build relatioship with key stakeholders
- Detail oriented, structured and results driven
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken is a must
