Job Description :

 

Performing goods shipment allocation including merchandise mutation allocation.

Issuing purchase orders to metal tray suppliers and ensuring delivery of the ordered metal trays.

Conducting A/R collection billing towards existing handled customers.

Allocation of delivery notes and input for promotional goods.

Handling administrative tasks for each salesman.

Requirements

 

Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major.

Min. 2 years experienced (Fresh Graduates are welcome)

Have good interpersonal skills.

Can work as a team or individual.

Proactive, creative and good attention in detail.

Proficient in English and Microsoft Office

2. Purchasing Admin

 

Job Description :

 

Make purchase order to goods principals and domestic suppliers.

Ensure and monitor the customs clearance process.

Allocate shipment to dealers from warehouse in the systems.

Monitor and update manual stock for batteries.

Support administrative tasks.

Coordinate with forwarder for imported goods

Requirements

 

Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major.

Min. 2 years experienced (Fresh Graduates are welcome)

Have good interpersonal skills.

Can work as a team or individual.

Proactive, creative and good attention in detail.

Proficient in English and Microsoft Office
