Job Description:

1. Control defects in production and do analysis to get improvement
2. During new model or trial need to evaluate and solve all of problems happened
3. Make sure products send to market achieve base on standard regulation
4. Follow up market complain by investigation and analysis for improvement
5. Guide PQC, AQC how to control production process and inspection
6. Verify all of problem finding whether low or high risk and also able to judge phenomena defect

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics/Physics
2. At least have 2 years working experiences in Quality but fresh graduate are very welcome to apply
3. Fluent in English or Mandarin
4. Able to work over time & night shift
5. Proactive, extrovert, fast learner, excellent analytical and logical thinking
6. Good computer skills (Ms. Office etc) and able to use QC Tools
7. Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang

2. Material Controller

Job Description :

1. Accurately maintain ERP systems
2. Follow up Material delivery from China/Local vendor, and make material purchasing plan to ensure production run smoothly
3. Regularly check and actively feedback the lack of material, and follow up the next arrival
4. Responsible for managing the reasonable stock of materials and process inactive/dead stock of material
5. Continuously optimize the application of ERP system to provide systematic support for factory logistics
6. Continuously optimize the logistics process, and make improvement of logistics system to be more efficient and shorter

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or other related major
2. Full Proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or 6) and English
3. Fresh Graduate / Have Experience in material management related to consumer electronics products is advantage
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP System
5. Have a very good communication skill, Planning and goal oriented
6. Fast learner, responsible, good analytical and logical thinking
7. Willing to work overtime and working in Cikupa, Tangerang

3. QMS Specialist

Job Description:

1. Maintain the daily Quality Management System including writing and revising SOPs, working instructions and templates and doing continuous improvement within company.
2. Maintain Quality Control program and Document Control System and help with the ongoing project development.
3. Understand and perform tasks described within the Quality System for Management Representative duties, including conducting Management Reviews.
4. Work with every department in workshop to create Document Control System.
5. Ensuring the implementation of Quality System in every department.
6. Assist in the Internal Audit process and External Audits.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above from any major and have at least 3 years working experience in QMS
2. Fluent in English or Mandarin
3. Familiar with any kind of ISO certification process and regulation. Have ISO certification will be a plus
4. Goal and Details Oriented, able to work under pressure and good interpersonal skill
5. Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang

4. Security Coordinator

Job Description:

1. Ensure and preparing security operational and scheduling;
2. Plan and do the training session for security
3. Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events;
4. Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
5. Review reports on incidents and breaches,investigate and resolve issues;
6. Create reports for management on security status.

Job Requirements:

1. High school or above degree
2. At least have 1 year working experiences as security coordinator and able to handle minimum 150 team member
3. Have knowledge about CPP, Safety and Security system
4. Brave, strong with proportional body shape, no criminal record;
5. High working integrity, discipline, strong executional skill and sense of responsibility, able to obey company rules;
6. Computer literate and understand security role;
7. Willing to work overtime, night shift and working placement is in Cikupa, Tangerang;
8. Have K3 Certification or Gada Madya will be preferred

5. Export Import Compliance Specialist

Job Description :

1. Support internal operational team and incharge for Harmonized Tariff System (HTS).
2. Update and implement all export import regulation and laws.
3. Provide, Maintain data and act as document controller for internal and external audit.
4. Handle the custom clearance for sea section from monitoring shipment to arrival arrangement.
5. Other administration task given by superior.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in Business Management or Logistics.
2. At least 2 years working experience in handling export import compliance.
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Have strong logical & analytical thinking.
4. Understand basic of export import and solve problem analysis.
5. Goal & Details oriented, Proactive and Creative Thinking.
6. Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang.

6. IT Infrastructure

Job Description :

1. Responsible for monitoring and daily maintenance of network (switch/router/wireless AP/meeting room device) and data center & server room.
2. Responsible for troubleshooting for the network-related issue, or provide the remote environment for HQ
3. Responsible for New switch installation, broken device replacement and other task related
4. Responsible for Assist some desktop work

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Information Technology
2. Full proficiency in English or Mandarin
3. Understand STP/VLAN/DHCP/HSRP/OSPF/switch stack
4. Have experience for cisco device(switch and router, catalyst) and AP/meeting room/optical fiber/other kind of network related device etc.
5. Have experience for network analyze and monitor tool
6. CCNA or higher certification is preferred
7. Willing to do overtime (if needed)
8. Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang.
