1. Process Quality Engineer
Job Description:
- Control defects in production and do analysis to get improvement
- During new model or trial need to evaluate and solve all of problems happened
- Make sure products send to market achieve base on standard regulation
- Follow up market complain by investigation and analysis for improvement
- Guide PQC, AQC how to control production process and inspection
- Verify all of problem finding whether low or high risk and also able to judge phenomena defect
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics/Physics
- At least have 2 years working experiences in Quality but fresh graduate are very welcome to apply
- Fluent in English or Mandarin
- Able to work over time & night shift
- Proactive, extrovert, fast learner, excellent analytical and logical thinking
- Good computer skills (Ms. Office etc) and able to use QC Tools
- Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang
2. Manufacture Cost Controller
Job Responsibility
- Responsible to ensure the procurement, project, low value consumption business meets our company standard (quality and cost)
- Continuous improvement on company’s procurement policies and procedures and cost management system
- Responsible for risk management prevention & assessment
- Not only need to prepare the cost analysis & report but need to do stock opname
- Responsible other task that given
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above majoring in accounting/economics or related major
- Full proficiency in English or Mandarin
- At least have 1.5 years working experience related to purchasing or cost controller, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Have a good communication skill, integrity & detail oriented type of person
- Strong in data analysis, logical-analytical thinking
- Advanced proficiency in Ms Office (Ms Excel etc)
- Able to work independently or team work in a fast pace of environment
3. QMS Specialist
Job Description:
- Maintain the daily Quality Management System including writing and revising SOPs, working instructions and templates and doing continuous improvement within company.
- Maintain Quality Control program and Document Control System and help with the ongoing project development.
- Understand and perform tasks described within the Quality System for Management Representative duties, including conducting Management Reviews.
- Work with every department in workshop to create Document Control System.
- Ensuring the implementation of Quality System in every department.
- Assist in the Internal Audit process and External Audits.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above from any major and have at least 3 years working experience in QMS
- Fluent in English or Mandarin
- Familiar with any kind of ISO certification process and regulation. Have ISO certification will be a plus
- Goal and Details Oriented, able to work under pressure and good interpersonal skill
- Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang
4. Environment Health Safety (EHS) Engineer
Job Responsibility
- Improve and optimize EHS management system (OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001) and supervise the effectiveness of implementation.
- Optimize IT tools that supporting EHS management system operation.
- Improve EHS hazards inspection mechanism.
- Responsible for EHS management system internal and external audit.
- Improve Management of Change Mechanism to control the changes and reduce EHS risk.
- Improve main hazard of operation mechanism, EHS Training, Feedback & Reward Regulation.
- Improve the safety & health protection of labor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Environment Health & Safety or other related major.
- At least have 2-3 years working experiences in EHS.
- Advance Skill in Ms Office (Ms. Excel, Power Point and Ms. Word).
- Strong analytical and communication skills, identifying issues in workplace safety and making sure co-workers understand them.
- Excellent planning / organizational skills, Details oriented, and ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Fluent in English or Mandarin.
- Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang.
5. Finance Assistant
Job Responsibility
- Check all transaction to process the payment & employee reimbursement in ERP
- Performing account reconciliation & financial analysis
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
- Constantly update job knowledge
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance and have experiences in Big Four Company
- Familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Accuracy and attention to detail, well organized
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Full Proficiency in English or Mandarin
- Willing to works in PIK (North Jakarta)
6. Security Coordinator
Job Description:
- Ensure and preparing security operational and scheduling;
- Plan and do the training session for security
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events;
- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
- Review reports on incidents and breaches,investigate and resolve issues;
- Create reports for management on security status.
Job Requirements:
- High school or above degree
- At least have 1 year working experiences as security coordinator and able to handle minimum 150 team member
- Have knowledge about CPP, Safety and Security system
- Brave, strong with proportional body shape, no criminal record;
- High working integrity, discipline, strong executional skill and sense of responsibility, able to obey company rules;
- Computer literate and understand security role;
- Willing to work overtime, night shift and working placement is in Cikupa, Tangerang;
- Have K3 Certification or Gada Madya will be preferred
7. Admin HR
Job Responsibility
- Input and update employee’s information data accurately.
- Helping HR&Admin Department activity, such as inputting attendance record, uploading data to system, print out ID card, finger print registration, etc.
- Helping receptionist daily task.
- Working closely with other department’s admin.
- Provide reports to department.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Management or Accounting or Maths or related major, preferably from reputable University; preferably have experience as admin, at least 1 year;
- Familiar and understand basic excel is a must
- Able to operate HR system;
- Understand English (at least basic);
- Thorough and detail oriented;
- Able to work multitasking;
- High initiative, fast learner, responsible and good attitude;
- Willing to work on overtime (if needed).
