Responsibilities:
Timely analyze the production abnormality, promote actions to ensure the quality of process and ensure production continuity
Promote a correction to maintain the functional pass rate and quality control pass rate
Lead the problem handling, push the improvement and preventive action
Continue to optimize and improve the production process
Timely processing the document to ensure daily work results are good
Continuously improve and reduce process loss in testing process
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Electronic Engineering or Electronic related major
Full proficiency in English
Minimum 5 years working experience in Manufacturing field
Understand advance knowledge of electronic component and materials, especially smartphone components
Understand high and low frequency electronic circuits, analog circuits, and digital circuits
Strong analytical and logical thinking, fast learner, and high curiosity
2. Product Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:
Respond to and analyze production quickly, take care of products in progress, abnormal materials, and risk products efficiently; Ensure continuity of production and quality of process.
Analyze and give countermeasures to the top 3 NG according to the data from abnormal reports or MES system; Continuously improve Appearance Pass Rate/Total Appearance Pass Rate, and OQC Pass Rate.
Lead all appearance, structural, material, and process problem analysis, and find the solving solution. Control, push the improvement for future projects, and make sure that the same problem does not happen again.
Continue to optimize and improve the production process to ensure that the process is more reliable and efficient, to ensure the consistency and manufacturability of the product.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering major and fluent in English.
At least 1 year of working experience in the Manufacturing field, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical and logical thinking, good communication skills, ability to work within a team and individually, and a good sense of responsibility.
Good understanding of structural design, assembly process, and process designing. fixtures, and have a basic understanding of electrical components.
Willing to relocate to Cikupa, and work in shifts.
3. Production Supervisor – Mandarin Speaker
Responsibilities:
Allocate the production resource based on the schedule and control the production process
Coordinate the implementation of resources, improve the production efficiency, and control manufacture cost
Carry out the work with KPI project as the traction manager and process manager
Continuously optimize management method and business skill
Do a good job in echelon & humanistic construction and create a positive team atmosphere
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major (Industrial Engineering or Management is preferred)
Possess up to 2 years working experience in production management field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Full proficiency in English and Mandarin
Understand the production process and lean manufacture concept
Able to carry out management in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. Understand the implementation of 6S
Good at leadership, personality, and communication skills.
