Job Responsibilities :
Compile project plan and monitor the project.
Managing and facilitating project plans / schedules, daily meetings, retrospectives and arranging meeting schedules.
Controlling project costs, quality, and schedule.
Coordinate with the Project Manager in relation to updating project progress and project plans.
Requirements :
Max. age 40 years old
Min. S1 Engineering or equivalent
Have min.5 – 6 years of working experience in EPCI company or Fabrication
Expert in Ms. Office; Ms. Project
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Having knowledge and understanding of the drawings and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, materials, means and methods.
Having experience in preparing the technical & commercial proposals.
Expert in Ms. Project and S. Curve.
Willing to be located at Project
2. HSSE Coordinator
Job Responsibilities :
Implement and monitor HSSE policies and procedures on project sites
Ensure all project activities comply with HSSE regulations and standards
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards
Perform regular HSSE audits and site inspections
Develop and deliver HSSE training programs
Develop and coordinate emergency response plans
Prepare and submit HSSE performance reports to management
Requirements :
Male, with max. age 40 years old
Min. S1 any mayor, preferably Engineering , Occupational Health and Safety or extensive related field experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Have min. 5 years of experience with the same position in EPCI Company
Certified in AK3 (general, oil, & gas)
Good command in English both written and spoken
Computer literate
Ready to face high pressure jobs, strong analytical.
Will be placed at Site Project
3. Civil Engineer
Job Responsibilities :
Ensuring that all preparation specification civil are in accordance with the client specification and international standards
Makes and preparing civil analysis, civil specification, civil data sheet.
Reviewing and check vendor document.
Creating or preparing instrument analysis.
Creating or preparing instrument specifications
Conducting site surveys
Requirements :
Max. age 35 years old
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
Have min. 3 years of experience with the same position in EPCI Company
Have experience in prepare the SOP or procedure for all instrument
Proficiency in civil engineering software
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
Good command in English both written and spoken (will be preferable)
4. Finance Project
Job Responsibilities :
Ensuring all expenses are in accordance with supporting documents
Making monthly reports on Cash and Bank Expenditures and Receipts
Has the right to refuse all requests for funds / payments without complete and clear supporting documents
Makes a summary of funding requests submitted by each user, salary applications that have been made by the Site HRD and have been approved by superiors at the site
Managing money received from the head office in accordance with the previously submitted budget. And all money spent is accompanied by supporting documents
Coordination with Finance team (Head Office) Regarding expenditure and income of project cash funds
Requirements :
Male, Maximum 33 years old
Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 3 years of working experience as Finance Staff
Good knowledge in taxation (withholding Tax, Pph)
Excellent skill in accounting and tax regulation
Proficiency in online banking software, SAP & Microsoft Office
Good command in English both written and spoken
Systematic, detailed and well-organized
Will be placed at Project
5. Process Improvement Staff
Job Responsibilities :
Reviewing and evaluating the company’s business processes and providing recommendations for improvement and development to increase overall efficiency and productivity
Conducting Internal Audits for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018
Prepare and make changes to procedures or quality documents according to the approved PFD
Designing reports to monitor operational performance and enhance operational visibility
Ensuring improvement ideas are well-executed and implemented
Requirements :
Male, min 31 years
Have a minimum of S1 Degree from any major (preferable Bachelor Degree form Engineering)
Have a minimum of 5 years or more of working experiences as SOP Development
Good communication in English (verbal & written), good analytical thinking
Able to operate MS Office (Ms. Visio, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point & Axure)
Understand about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Possessing problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement concept
6. HR & GA Project
Job Responsibilities :
Recruitment employees and improve the quality of human resource at the site
Ensure the payroll calculation process and employee recruitment goes well
Responsible for the policy of managing HR on the site goes well
Foster good relations with internal and external site in order to create a conducive work environment
Calculate employee payroll at the site and makes a report to HR Head Office
Doing the recruitment process on site in accordance with Man Power Planning
Carry out maintenance activities on all supporting facilities at the site
Take care accommodation of employee leave on sites
Doing work related to GA
Coordinate with HR Manager HO related to existing HRGA issues in the field
Requirements :
Male, Max. 35 years old
Min. S1 any field
Have min. 3 year working of experience as HRGA in EPCI Company or Oil & Gas Contractor
Communicative, Multitasking, high mobility, honest and initiative person
Good Communication and negotiation skill
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Will be placed at Project
