Competence :

Conducting Audit in Division / Branch / Fleet
Drafting Audit Report as the result of Audit field work
Financial and Operational Audit
Analyze suitability between company rules and government provisions
Making audit reports and provide recommendations relating to audit
Reports:

Analyzing process of achieving target from all divisions to ensure the efficiency and work effectiveness of the employee.

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting
Having experience minimum 1 years in the same field
Computer literate and able to speak English.
Able to work under pressure with tight deadline, good initiative and attitude, analytical thinking, detail oriented, communication and interpersonal skill.
Willing to travel to our branches
2. HR Generalist

Tanggung Jawab

Memastikan rekap perhitungan absensi, lembur, biaya pulsa dan klaim kesehatan seluruh karyawan
Membuat surat-surat yang berhubungan dengan karyawan
Memonitor data status karyawan
Kualifikasi

Pendidikan min. S1 Psikologi/ Manajemen SDM/ Ekonomi
Min. 1 tahun pengalaman di bidang HR Generalist, Fresh graduate dipersilahkan melamar
Penempatan utama di Sunter – Jakarta Utara
3. Litigation Officer

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum
Memiliki berita acara sumpah (BAS) dan kartu tanda advokat pengalaman wajib minimal 2 tahun dibidang Litigasi
Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
Bersedia perjalanan dinas luar kota
Tanggung Jawab:

Membuat dokumen dan berkas persidangan
Beracara baik litigasi dan non litigasi
Memberikan analisa hukum dan legal advice
Pengarsipan dokumen-dokumen legal
4. Payroll Officer

Job Description:

Updating and reconciling data related to seafarer’s compensation and benefit
Calculate and processing Seafarer compensation, benefit, meal allowance, and taxes
Input and process all crewing expenses to system
Handle crew complaints related to compensation and benefits
Job Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Finance & Accounting / Tax
Knowledge about Tax especially PPH 21
Have 1 experience in Payroll
5. Purchasing Stafff

Description :

Process and Handle request for Temas Vessels ( Goods & Services)
Following up payment progress to supplicr from finance
Make sure company get the best price/ quality from vendor
Make sure goods / services delivered right on time
Complete the administrative process of purchasing goods
Following up the payment
Prepare PO & Invoice
Make report
Qualification:

Minimum D3 majoring in Logistic&Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical
Fresh Graduate / Minimum 1 year experience as Purchasing Staff or buyer heavy equipment / sparepart
Basic English language (Speaking, Writing, and Listening)
Discipline & Hardworker
Have good communication skill
Good attitude and Responsibility
Have Basic knowledge about purchasing
Have personal integrity
Can work under preassure
Working with team
Willing to be placed in Sunter, Jakarta Utara
6. Recruitment Officer

Job Description

Responsible for effective and fast recruitment process
Maintain developing personnel administration (new employee data and filing)
Establish and faster relationship with users
Actively source for talent/suitable the shortlisted candidates to respective users
Closely monitoring and following up on recruitment progress
Manage Employer Branding activity, Internal Communication, and Employee Engagement Activity
Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology
Having experience in related field for 1 years is required for this position
Familiar with psychological tools
Detail oriented & well organized
High level of integrity and professionalism
Dynamic, autonomous, results-oriented
Having s good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as a team

7. Teknisi Gedung Bidang Mekanikal Elektrikal Plumbing (MEP)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Memastikan semua peralatan gedung dapat berfungsi dengan baik
Melakukan tindakan preventif dan korektif pada peralatan bangunan
Melakukan segala kerjaan sampai selesai
Handling semua complain
Kualifikasi :

Memiliki pengalaman 1-2 Tahun sebagai Teknisi Gedung Bidang Mekanikal Elektrikal Plumbing (MEP)
Dapat mengerjakan pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan bangunan terutama Mekanikal Elektrikal dan Plumbing
Mengerti mengenai Trafo
Mengerti kontrol panel (elektrik)
Mengerti AC Central
8. Intern (Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal)

Membantu recapitulasi data pada Excel
Membantu pekerjaan administrasi divisi terkait melakukan filling pada dokument-dokumen

Usia maksimal 26 tahun
Nilai plus untuk yang memiliki pengalaman organisasi
Dapat menggunakan microsoft word dan microsoft excel
