Job Description:
1. Coordinate with related parties for crew placement, mutation planning and familiarization program.
2. Carry out the ship’s crew rotation process according to company’s requirement
Input ship’s crew data into the system
3. Check completeness, originality and validity of all documents or ship’s crew certificates to ensure their documents are valid
4. Filing the hardcopy of the active ship’s crew onboard
5. Conduct flight ticket process and other crew transportation expenses
6. Arrange crew Sign On and Sign Off
Requirements:
1. Minimum D3 or S1 from Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in crewing (in recruitment), but fresh graduates are welcome
3. Have good reporting skills
4. Understand all the process in and out crew from the ship
5. Able to work quickly and under pressure
6. Fluent in English (Speaking, writing, and listening)
7. Applicant must be willing to work at Sunter, North Jakarta
