1. Recruitment, Training & Development Supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor degree Psychology or equivalent
- Male, max 35 years old
- Having experience in the supervisory level min 3 years in Human Resources
- Having experience in EPC, Energy, Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Fertilizer Industry or other project based companies is preferable
- Posses a comprehensive knowledge and experience in using psychology tools, recruitment, TNA, training & development
- Leadership, supervisory and strong communication skills
- Placement: South Jakarta
- Willing to join as soon as possible
2. Marketing & Business Development Coordinator
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) Graduated from Business, Marketing Management, Marketing Communication or similar background.
- Min 3 years professional experience in marketing or business development for EPC, Oil & Gas Industry.
- Having experience in coordinator level min 2 years.
- Ability to develop new and maintain existing customer relationship.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English as well as strong networking skills.
- Familiar in conducting end-to-end process for bidding, tend or proposal
- Placement: South Jakarta
- Willing to join as soon as possible
