Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experiences of handling Tank Terminals is required
Preferred Tank Terminals of PERTAMINA, BATAM
Task :
Assist in Guiding contractors on safe work practices
Follow emergency response plans and relevant safety procedures
Identify breaches of safety requirements in the workplace
Identify equipment issues
Perform oil movement operations of assigned sections of terminal operations
Perform work in accordance with the Safe System of Work (SSoW) practices and safety regulations
and Permit to Work as per PERTAMINA standards.
Prepare the shift logs of daily operations
Respond to emergencies as an Emergency Response team member
Supervise contractors in the troubleshooting processes
Support the investigations for dispute settlements amongst staff
Liaise with local agent to submit the documentation of the vessel to get the prior approval
Liaise with local tank terminals management to get the prior approval for vessel berthing
Liaise with captain of the ship for the arrangement of the Tugboats for berthing operations
The person shall be physically fit/medically certified to handle day to day operations and shall be able to carry out emergency procedures
Languange : English and Bahasa Indonesia (Command of both languange is a must)
