Job Description :
* Answer questions from supporters, players, and staff about the football club, its policies, and its products and services.
* Resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
* Provide support to supporters, players, and staff with their ticketing, merchandise, and other needs.
* Work with other departments to ensure that customer service needs are met.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest news and information about the football club.
* Represent the football club in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements :
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Good looking and Maximum age of 30 years
* 1-2 years of customer service experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Passion for football.
2. Business Analyst
Job Description :
* Work with the Head Of Business Development to identify, analyze. and provide recommendations regarding ongoing business trends.
* Perform data gathering and analysis related to PERSIB sup porters insight, membership dynamics, content performance, and sponsorship activities.
* Plan development projects for PERSIB and its commercial partners.
* Produce project reports for PERSIB activations, development initiatives, and sponsorship activations.
* Support the commercial department in securing and managing brand projects with partners.
Requirements :
* Bachelor or diploma degree in Business Management or Marketing with a GPA min 2.75
* A Master’s degree in the field Of Business, Marketing, or Sport Management would be a plus.
* Maximum age of 30 years
* Prior working experience as Marketing Consultant or Research Agency would be a plus.
* Able to conduct market research in various forms would be a plus.
* Strong analytical skills in identifying problems and proposing a solution.
* Able to prepare presentation slides that address business issues of PERSIB and commercial partners.
* Willing to work on weekends, during PERSIB home matches.
* Willing to be assigned to work and travel to multiple cities as needed by the company.
* Client orientation is a must.
