- Preferably have a good understanding of PPP
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of financial modelling and project financing
- Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders/government agencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a team player in a positive environment
- Ability to demonstrate organization skills, attention to details and adherence to strict deadlines
- Fluent in english
IT Security Specialist
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in an IT Security field
- Experience in Network Security, Information Security Policies, and Network Protocols
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of information security principles
- Expertise in anti-virus software, intrusion detection, firewalls and content filtering
- Expertise in designing secure networks, systems and application architectures
- Proven experience in planning, researching and developing security policies, standards and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple project and assignments concurrently
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with internal/external entities is a must
