CUSTOMER SERVICE/PURCHASING
Job Description :
Do the process product order in application
Responsible for Order Acceptance Process, while make sure selling price and production cost is according to Government rate.
Ensure orders that have been sent to production/suppliers are received with complete information data
Take care of customers from receiving orders until shipping goods to customers.
Responsive to customer’s/ supplier’s feedback and complaints
Establish good customer service and supplier relationship
Co-ordinate with Sales, Product Development and Production team to supply the best goods and service to customers.
Co-ordinate with Shipping team for smooth delivery and inventory management.
Manage daily and monthly report and filing
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Any Major with Min. GPA of 3.00
Female, with Max. Age is 30 years old
At least 3 years of working experience as CS/Purchasing in Garment/Logistic/Production Industry is a must
Strong relationship with Customers
Good communication, proactive, fast follow up, team work and multi-tasking
Fluent in English
Proficient in Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel and Outlook)
Familiar with ERP/SAP is a Plus
Willing to be placed in Tangerang
