Understand Labor Law
Understand the recruitment process
Understand the implementation of PKWT & PKWTT
Able to calculate working hours and overtime
Able to process payroll
Able to handle other HR administration such as medical claims, insurance, travel request
Able to comply with all Safety, Health, Environment regulations of PT. MMS
