1. General Affair Supervisor
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any major
Fluent in Mandarin is a must (Oral and Written) and English (Oral and Written)
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in General Affair or equivalent
Good Communication Skills
Good in analytical thinking, risk management, and problem solving
Excellent leadership skills
Live in Bandung or Cimahi (or willing to)
2. Assistant Director For Administration
Qualification
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Fluent in mandarin is a must (speak and writing)
Willing to work in the field to monitor the project
Adept at making 3d drawings, sketches from the results of field monitors
Proficient in Ms.Office & Excel
Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving Mindset
Have a strong Personality and Willing to Work Under Pressure
Have the ability to clearly provide written/oral reports to superiors
Have a high catch
Have the ability to communicate well.
+2 Years of working Experience (Having Experience in Construction is a Plus)
Posses at Least a Barchelor’s Degree in any Field (Preferably Graduated From China Universities)
3. Legal Assistant
Qualification
Bachelor of Law graduates
Have minimum 5 years experience in related field, preferably experience as Corporate Legal
Have certifications related to general law such as licenses to proceed at court and/or other certificates related to Corporate Law
Can speak English (is a must) or Mandarin to communicate with superiors
Have the ability to analyze MoU, Agreements or other legal documents
Can provide opinions/directions from a legal point of view for all problems faced by the company
Can Work under pressure
Have high initiative
Has a high catching power for every problem or instruction
Have good communication skills
Have the ability to provide reports as needed
4. IT Supervisor
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related
Fluent in English (is a must)
Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as a Supervisor in the related field
Required Skill(s): ERP, PABX TELEPHONE, COMPUTER SYSTEM, Maintenance server, Installation of cable networks
Have good analytical in IT Development for office and factory operational needs
