Requirements :
Min. 2 years of recruitment experiences (Fresh Graduate are Welcome)
Bachelor Degree: Psychology
Having experiences in HRIS / SAP, Assessment Process
Having Good Communication, Negotiation Skill, Strategic Thinking, Analytical, and Conceptual Thinking
Able to speak English and Communicative
Having Good Ms. Office Skill
Having Certificates related to HR
Placement: PIER, Pasuruan, East Java
2. Operator Secondary
Operate the secondary machine according to the production plan, ensuring that the cigarettes produced comply with quality standards and Clean the machine and perform simple maintenance on it.
Requirements :
Max. 25 years old
Minimum education of SMK (vocational high school) with a relevant major and at least 3 years Of work experience.
Fresh graduates from Diploma 3 and Bachelor Degree with relevant majors are welcome to apply.
Basic proficiency in English.
Ability to handle basic administrative reporting and computer operations.
Quick to learn new things.
Detail-oriented and neat in work.
Willing to work in shifts.
Ability to work in a team.
Minimum height of 165 cm.
