Job Descriptions:
Actively contribute in generating ideas in formulations for better consumer benefits, better functions, lower costs, innovation, etc.
Ensure all aspects of formulation and manufacturing methods are accurately documented.
Conduct and consolidate test results and analyze findings according to BPOM regulatory standards, Halal, SNI, etc and internal tests on products developed
Translates the consumer’s needs into the development of delightful finished- products
Assist manufacturers in scaling up new products from laboratory to production scale and from in-process mixing to finished product packaging.
