Will be developed to be able to:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.
Coordinate and administer employee training and development programs.
Identify training needs and work with internal and external trainers to deliver effective training sessions.
Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee records in the HRIS.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in the HRIS.
Assist in the development and implementation of various Human Capital initiatives and projects.
Provide administrative and logistical support for HC projects and events.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Human Capital department.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
