Responsibilities:
Responsible to lead field execution of a construction project in Civil, Mechanical & Electrical scope
Responsible to lead daity/weekly coordination meeting with vendor
Responsible to review vendor submission for equipment selection & shop drawing prior to approval from Project Manager
Coordinate with other parties if necessary (eg. Coordinate with client & ISS FM Team for interconnection activities)
Ensure EHS Officer – Project deliver his/her tasks and give support if necessary
Ensure ail vendor personnel is in line with all client Procedure (EHS, Covid-19, QA, Security, etc.
Responsible to create planning & budgeting for project
Accountable to provide a project reporting as per requirements
Maintain records of project documents from start to end of construction
Requirements:
Min Bachelor’s Degree in engineering field (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)
Min 1-2 years working experiences as project engineer/project officer/project management or project planning
Good understanding of technical drawing related to construction, mechanical & electrical is required
Familiar with Engineering & Project Software (AutoCAD, SAP Project, Ms. Project) is advantage
Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Good English skills (spoken and written)
Good communication & negotiation skill
Strong monitoring process and follow up
People with high integrity & strong drive for result is required for this role
