Job Description:
* Handling sales operation
* Communicate with customers, supplier, internal (Admin, logistic), external (WH etc.)
* Price negotiation
* Follow up order and forecast from customer
* Update inventory control (niguri) based on customer forecast
* Analyze customer forecast
* Propose monthly order quantity and send order to suppliers (local&overseas)
* Follow up order status & shipment (schedule, import requirement, import quota etc)
* Monitor daily delivery plan
* Apply& monitor customer credit limit
* Follow up invoicing and payment
* Prepare Monthly Profit loss and inventory report
* Participate in monthly stock taking and conduct report
* Prepare budget
* New sales approach
Requirement:
* Male, max 25 years old.
* Bachelor graduated from Reputable university with GPA above 3.00 (from 4.00 scale)
* Active in English (Communication both verbal and written)
* Experienced in similar company (preferably Automotive Biz),
* Experienced in Import & raw material (preferably Resin) business min. 1 year
* Majoring from Science or technical
* Strong logical thinking, good interpersonal & communication, ready to work with team
* Diligent, detail oriented, discipline & smart
