Responsibilities :
Preparing, drafting, and reviewing legal documents, agreements (time charter, familiar with BIMCO), deeds, GMS/General Meeting of Shareholders, and other corporate documents based on applicable regulations.
Managing to report and handle the corporate secretary matters, OJK and IDX reporting systems (such as SPE, etc), and OSS RBA system.
Well understanding of capital market and corporate law
Monitor the legal aspects of the company to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Prepare Legal Opinions and conduct legal research as requested by Management.
Prepare, submit, and register several company Licensing at national level ministries/institutions.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university
At least 4-5 years of working experience as a Corporate Legal
Preferably have experience in public company or logistic shipping company
Good English proficiency both oral and written
Having good grounding in legal knowledge and skills.
Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to set priorities.
Have a good communication skill, Proactive, discipline, and good personality.
Highly responsible with good initiative and self-motivated
Applicants must be willing travel if needed by the company
Having PERADI license and pass advocate exam shall be an advantage
