Job Responsibilities :
Management trainee participants will fully conduct on-the—job training at Haier Sales Indonesia.
Rotation to branch offices at Haier Sales Indonesia, especially in Sales department.
Study case.
Accomplished several projects in each department.
Analyze business goals, department flow, and strategy.
Analyze major or minor cases in each department.
Find the root cause and countermeasure of each case.
Analyze the action plan of each case to solve the problem.
Analyze the needs of each department to find new innovations.
Join the regular activities in each department.
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
Min GPA : 3,00 [PTN) & 3,25 [PTS]
Maximum age: 27 Y.O
Preferably from Economic/ Sales/ Marketing/Management/Business Passionated in Sales and aspires become a Sales Leader.
Has campus organizational experiences, High integrity, positive.
Fluent in English both Written and Verbal
Being able to speak Mandarin will be advantage.
Attitude, open minded, strong personality & leadership quality, achievement orientation, excellent communication & analytical skill.
Vaccinated COVID—19.
Willing to relocated all over Indonesia.
