1. At least Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
2. Able to use AutoCAD 2D/3D
3. Experience in the same position minimum 2 years
4. Having the ability to plan Office facility maintenance schedules and repair the damage
5. Experience in the office interior field or renovation project will be an advantage
6. Understand the problems and maintenance of official vehicles
7. Good communication and interpersonal skill
8. Computer literate (especially MS. Excel, Power Point)
9. English understanding
10. Delivers good professional service
11. Able to work in a team

Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 25 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related fields
3. Minimum 2 years experiences in Digital Marketing
4. Fluent in Excel & English
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Experience executing paid social media campaigns
7. Full understanding of all social media platforms
8. Have knowledge of content management systems
9. Have knowledge of managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and display advertising campaigns
10. Have knowledge in photography and videography will be an advantage
