Responsibilities:
Assist Technical Superintendent, Docking Team, and Fleet on duty task.
Ensuring vessels are in safe condition and in compliance with specification and class.
Ensuring maximized availability, reliability and efficiency of the vessel, permanent equipment and crew, while adhering to the approved budgets.
Ensuring plan maintenance work is properly planned and carried out by ship’s crew and make regular ship visit atleast twice in a year. Attendance result to be proven by Standard Form S-29.
Planning, preparing and executing works managed by external parties, and ensuring timely definition of scope and work and schedule.
Monitoring expiry dates of vessel’s auxiliary certificates as Gemilang Standard Form S- 36B.
Monitoring daily operation and coordinating with vessel to render necessary assistance.
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor degree in Naval Architect.
0-1 year experience in the same field, fresh graduates are welcome.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Will to travel.
Required Knowledge and Skill(s): International conventional regulation, ship management, internal audit, ISM Code, ISPS Code, basic safety, tankers familiarization, Microsoft Office and computer literate.
Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, proactive, able to analysis issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, concern for order, orientation to detail, work efficiently, and coordination.
2. Logistic Apprenticeship / Cadet
Responsibilities:
Support daily administration in Head Office
Support operation activities
Requirements:
Last semester/fresh graduate majoring in Logistics/Transportation.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Have a good communication & administration skill.
Able to communicate in English (verbal & witten).
Good attitude & personality.
