Job Description
- Ensuring qualified human resour
- with company’s needs and timely.
- Ensuring training administration is well organized.
- Monitoring implementation of medical check-up for employees & new hire.
- Ensuring e-learning of new employee program runs well.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Psychology (preferably S2 Psychologist).
- Min. 1-2 year experiences in related field.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Having knowledge of: Psychological test, Assessment process,
- Competency-based knowledge, Talent management, Presentation skill, Administration skill.
