Responsibilities :
End to end hiring process ; start from following recruitment plan, selection (screening, interview, psychotest, medical check up arrangement), until onboarding process meet expectation on hiring timeline.
Monitoring third parties to hiring fulfillment.
Create recruitment and database report.
Applies ethnic and standards of professional practice as corporate recruiter.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
At least 1 year of working experience in hiring from IT / Telecommunication / Startup / Headhunter company.
Have a good knowledge of BEI & Star methods, psychological test, and recruitment platform.
Accustomed to handling many position, especially hiring for IT / Telecommunication industry position will be an advantage.

2. Data Centre Engineer
Responsibilities :
Standby on site (shifting) for maintain and monitor all utility and facility of Data Center
Control, measure, and deep learning about all power or facilities (Travo, Genset, UPS, PUTR)
Daily, weekly, and monthly report of Data Center utility
First handling troubleshooting of utility
Supervising all sub contractor activities
Coordinates with third party vendor for preventive and corrective maintenance
Assist NOC in change operation according to the NOC requirement
Issued check and approve Data Center permit from any access and activity
Requirements :
Candidate must be possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Telecommunication)
Minimum 1 years experience in the related field (fresh graduate welcome to apply)
Have a good knowledge about Data Center and facility
Have a good knowledge about TIA-942 & ISO 27001 would be an advantage
Willing to work overtime or long shift (incidental)
