Performing HR functions, including attendance management, payroll processing, recruitment, labor relations, BPJS, GA, etc.
Implementing the applicable rules and policies from Corporate
Qualification :
Bachelor of Law Human Resource Management Economy
Min. 3 yrs experience as HR Personlia Officer in Oil Palm Industry.
Understanding labour law and employment regulations
Preferably experience in SAP software and Microsoft Office.
Willing to be placed in Pasaman Barat – Sumatera Barat
