Principal Accountabilities:
Assist Recruitment process in candidates search & selection, contact candidates and interview in coordination with HR Generalist Asst. Manager and User Deportment Head Administer Work contract extension in coordination with User Department Manager and respected employees
Prepare training plan for HR and other departments’ non-crews employees
Perform training administration tasks in order to support Company’s training program and prepare monthly training report to Supervisor
Responsible for HR Recruitment & Training (non-crews) filing system and its data recording in GP HR in order to ensure confidentiality, efficiency ond easy retrieval of documents
Prepore type, propose reply and follow up general correspondences relating to HRD matter in relations with recruitment and training non-crews administration, etc.)
Professional Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Psychology or equivalent
Min. 5 yeors experience os HR recruitment and training
Required skills: Interview & selection, recruitment, and training administration
Ms. Office literacy
Fluent in English both spoken and written
2. Chief of Flight Standards
Principal Accountabilities:
Develop and implementation of policies and procedures of flight crew-standardizing issues throughout the Company
Assess and develop training programs that satisfy the regulatory and AIRFAST policy requirements
Coordination with Chief Pilot and Safety Department to identify and implement improvements in training and operating procedures for safe & legal flight operations
Initiate, develop and get approval of the Aircraft Standard Operation Procedures Flight Manuals, Training Manuals, and AIRFAST policy training doctrine, maintain the Company Flight Standardization Manual
Organizing standardization meetings at least once every month with the Operations Teams and any other required staff when deemed necessary
Coordinate all activities of the Company Check Pilots and Check Airmen/FAA designees under the Chief of Flight Standards and Documents
Represent Training & Standards in a formal meeting with internal and external
Professional Requirements:
Preferably flying school graduate
Min. 3 years experience as pilot in command, experience in develop policies and prosedures of flight crews, and having supervisory experience as well
Having a general aviation knowledge
Having at least 1 type rating operates by company
Able to manage documents and communicate with other relevant parties
Fluent in English both spoken and written
