Job Responsibilities
* Manage, organize and regulate the use of port facilities/services.
* Ensure that the operational activities of the Taboneo floating terminal and port service activities run smoothly.
Job Requirements
* Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1/S2) of Marine Transport Management/ Nautical (ANT I)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or related position
* For Nautica, minimum 5 years of sea service as Master on board
* Have an excellent Port Management and Shipping & Marine Practice
* Have competence in Berthing unberthing and Loading arrangement
* Willing to be placed in Taboneo, South Kalimantan.
2. People & Organization Development Officer
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for Organizational Development (OD) and employee (People Development – PD) activities to support overall company activities so that they run smoothly in accordance with applicable systems and procedures, so as to help improve company performance.
Job Requirements
* Min Diploma IV or Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Psychology
* Min 2 years of working experience in HR Development, or relevant position
* Extensive knowledge of organizational & skills development, also capacity building strategies
* Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
* Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin – South Kalimantan.
3. Payroll Officer
Job Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end payroll operations for employee’s compensation & benefit according to company’s policy, so that employee rights are fulfilled properly in timely manner.
Job Requirements
* Minimum bachelor’s degree, majoring in Accounting with min. GPA 3,00
* Minimum 2 years of working experiences in similar position
* Strong capabilities in Remuneration Management, Office Administration, and Tax Regulation
* Having experience using SAP system is a plus
* Willing to be placed at Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.
4. Tax Compliance Staff
Job Responsibilities
* Assist in checking the compliance, correctness and accuracy in tax calculation/payment/reporting
* Assist in preparing tax payments and ensure timely tax reporting
* Assist to provide data for tax audit purpose Assist to prepare data and forms for annual corporate income tax
Job Requirements
* Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting / Taxation with minimum GPA 3.00
* Min 1 year experience as Tax Staff
