Job Description:
Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions.
Resolve customers concerns ang.answer customers’ guestions to your best ability.
Maintain a positive attitude and calmty respond to customers’ complaints.
Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
Refer issues and guestions to managers if necessary
Qualification:
Bachelor degree from any major
Having experienk in the same capacity minimum 1 year in Marketing field
Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken
Strong interpersonal skills and verbal communicator
Knowledge of applicable products and markets
Willing to be placed at Margomulyo, Surabaya.
