1. Product Owner
Responsibilities
- Defining the vision for the product
- Creating a vision-based product roadmap
- Working together with a product researcher to create product requirements document
- Managing product backiog and prioritizing based on the changing requirements.
- Become a squad leader and supervise all stages of production including design and development
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields
- Have a minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Owner.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Technology.
- Working knowledge of product development architecture.
- Proficiency in the use of analytic tools.
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to work and lead large teams.
- Understanding of design quality standards.
2. Back – End Developer
Responsibilities
- Develop new Features
- Maintain service
- Triubleshoot
- Code refactoring
- Create high availability and reliability service
- Improve Code quality
Requirement
- Experience in modern development stack architecture, e.g MVC, Microservices, Web Apis.
- Experience with interoperability languages like JSON or XML.
- Experience with sql or non sq! database.
- Experience with programming language, e.g Nodejs/Go/Java etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and formulate recommendations.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
3. Front – End Developer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for doing design mackup implementation to html, css and javascript
- Responsible for maintaining website and dashboard
- Modified existing code
- Making a reusable code for future uses
- Website optimization
Requirement
- Highly creative, talented and passionate about design, specifically web design.
- Passionate for programming.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript and Angular JS
- Interest in UI, UX design, Typography
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Good interpersonal skills
4. Sales Admin
Responsibilities
- Order Verification, including customer personal information and purchase details
- Maintaining and renewing purchase data and customer data
- Monitoring daily revenue
- Responsible on supporting sales team in administration from start till end of a project
- Processing data of services used by customer
- Reporting sales performance
Requirements
- Bachelors degree on Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or any other related major
- Have excellent skill in data processing
- Familiar with document administration and reporting
- Good communication skill
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advance skill in Excel)
5. Account Executive
Responsibilities
- Having meeting with clients to discuss about client needs
- Present and demonstrate value of OCAs Products to potential clients
- Mantaining database of leads contact person
- Building a long-term relationship with client team and also internal
Requirements
- Bachelors degree on Business, Management, or others that are related.
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs and taking care of the negotiation process
- Strong management skills
- An enthusiastic and passionate person
- Profieciency in Microsoft Office
- Tech Savy
- Have 1 year experience as a Account Executive is plus point
- Fresh Graduates are welcome with open hands
6. Delivery & Operations
Responbilities
- Collaborating and planning across departments including Customer Service, Product, Sales Marketing and the costumer
- Time planning – schedule and plan projects, prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once.
- Project plan – manage resources availability, access, security, logistics on multiple projects.
- Implement and track against a project plan for successful delivery
- Reporting to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer success – following up projects, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Major.
- A naturally curious person, love learning new things, and are proactive in sharing knowledge with others.
- Fluent in English (both active and passive).
- Excellent Communications skills.
