Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of the Recruitment initiatives and systems
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Perform also in employer branding activities by creating and maintaining employer branding programs
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience as a Recruitment Staff (an experience in Digital Agency Industry will be an advantage)
Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, organization development etc.)
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full understanding of the Recruitment Cycle
