1. HRIS Assistant Manager

Requirements

  1. 27 – 37 years old
  2. Held Bachelor Degree majoring InformationvTechnology / Information Systems / Computer Engineering / Computerized Accounting
  3. Experienced as HRIS Assistant Manager / HRIS Supervisor/ Consultant for at least 6-7 years
  4. Experienced in develop & maintain HRIS such as Sunfish/ Oracle/ SAP/ etc
  5. Experienced to develop HRIS especially Sunfish program from zero will be very considered
  6. Provide experience in monitoring more than 1000 employee databases from data entry processes to employee database maintenance
  7. Required Skills : MySql/ Sql Server/ Crystal Report/ Squirrel
2. Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

Requirements

  1. Maximum 35 years old
  2. At least held Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology from reputable University (prefered held Master Degree majoring Psychology)
  3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Assistant Manager or 5 years in
  4. Supervisory level are very required for this position.
  5. Having experience in property developer company will be a plus.
  6. Having experience in maintain Manpower Planning & Recruitment Annual Reporting
  7. Having deep knowledge in sourcing strategy for any position level is a MUST
  8. Having deep knowledge in HRIS systems usage
  9. Capable in create Talent Acquisition annual report and budgeting
  10. Candidate must be capable to work in detai & possess excellent leadership skilll
  11. Excellent in personal communication for penetrate passive candidates
  12. Possess strong working motivation and able to work under tight deadlines
3. Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager

Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  2. At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  3. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
  4. Have experience in salary survey
  5. Understand about PPH-21
  6. Advance excel skill and detail oriented
  7. Strong analytical and planning skills

Requirements

  1. Minimum age 25 years old
  2. Have at least 4 years experience in assessment center
  3. Master’s Degree in Psychology focus on Adult Clinical or Industrial & Organizational Psychology
  4. Have Assessor certification (Assessment Center)
  5. Have experience in conducting Assessment Center (competency based) at various levels and positions
  6. Have experience in making Assessment Center reports (competency based)
  7. Have experience in carrying out and interpreting psychological tests
  8. Have experience in building/mapping competencies
5. Assessment Center Support Staff

Requirements

  1. Min. Age 21 years old
  2. Have at least 1 year experience in assessment center
  3. Bachelor’s of Psychology
  4. Have experience in the administration of Assessment Center
  5. Have experience in managing the results data and the Assessment Center question bank
  6. Detailed and thorough
6. HR Operation Supervisor

Requirements

  1. Maximum 35 years old
  2. At least held Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology/ Human Resource Management/ Law
  3. Experienced as HRSupervisor (Supervisor level is a must) for at least 3 years, and responsible for handling personell employment matters for more than 1000 employees
  4. Possess excellent knowledge in all HR matters e.g recruitment, training, compensation & benefit, payroll and also industrial relation
  5. CHRP Certified will be an advantage
  6. Mastering Microsoft Office usage, and possess extensive knowledge about Indonesian Labor Law implementation

  5. Experienced to develop HRIS especially Sunfish program from zero will be very considered
