Customer Service Senior Analyst – Jakarta
Description
- Manage team of 7 people which handle CitiService Investigation, Commcards PA and CH servicing, Financial Institution Service. Regularly coach the team and review the quality of our inquiry response Handle escalations on his space, act as checker for request from client such as ad-hoc statement / advice request, tax confirmation, audit confirmation, issuing bank reference, TPIN registration. Signature verify on request coming to CitIService
- Deliver commcards day-2 review process to cover both CitiService and CitiPhone (which incoming call landed off-business hour)
- Responsible for managing the top tier / FI names and regional customers selected to receive value-added services whilst
- effectively balancing against internal control requirements and / or resource limitations. Manages a portfolio of customer
- accounts and has ownership for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to retain revenue
- Responsible for handling complex highly sensitive investigations and ensuring proper handling of customer’s requests / instructions through active coordination with internal partners across various functions and 3rd parties across the globe
- Analyzes and follow-up Voice of Customer and other client feedback methodology and works closely with internal groups to address them
- Conducts root cause analysis of STaRS data to identify corrective and preventive actions
- Participates in cross-functional quality initiatives / projects in light of improving CitiService’s operations
- Conducts Customer Roundtable meetings to review the service relationship
- Work on ad hoc projects for the unit, especially on automation, RPA and other streamline project
- Shares relationship information with partners
- Builds client loyalty through provision of market-differentiated and value added services
- Sustains client engagement activities
- As the ambassador of CitiService one should be confident and preserves professional image attitude voice and manner in all kind of interactions with customers
- Typically deals with moderately complex issues in regulatory environment technology operations and markets independently
