What You’ll Do
* Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract skilled candidates through various channels.
* Candidate Engagement: Foster relationships and guide candidates through the hiring process.
* Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and strategize solutions.
* Innovation: Implement creative recruitment strategies to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
* Familiarity with psychometric assessments (psikotes).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with candidates.
* Willingness to work on-site in East Kalimantan.
* Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
2. LiDar Remote Sensing
Responsibilities:
* Utilize LiDAR technology to acquire, process, and analyze precise geospatial data for forestry planning and management.
* Collaborate with forestry planners, and GIS specialists to interpret LiDAR data and derive actionable insights.
* Assist in the development and implementation of forest management plans based on LiDAR-derived information.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
* Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in LiDAR data collection, processing, and analysis. Experience with mapping projects or GIS is a plus.
* Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and processing tools (TerraScan, LAStools, Global Mapper, LIDAR360).
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
* Programming skills in Python and/or R for data analysis are highly desirable.
3 Assessment Centre Officer

Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
* Experience in assessment or other
* psychological testing tools is preferred.
* Proficient in behavioral observation.
* Capable of analytical and critical thinking.
* Able to interact with diverse individuals and manage group dynamics effectively.
* Upholds professional ethics and maintains confidentiality of information.
* Skilled in advanced data processing using Microsoft Excel.

What You’ll Do
* Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that align with company goals, including setting performance metrics and conducting evaluations.
* Payroll Administration: Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
* Reward Programs: Design and manage competitive reward programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and benefits, to attract and retain top talent.
* Data Analysis: Analyze performance, payroll, and reward data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Collaboration: Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration of performance management, payroll, and reward processes.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management or payroll.
* Experience with PPH21, BPJS TK, and BPJS Kesehatan using SIPP and Edabu systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
* Understanding of labor laws, including at a minimum the Omnibus Law.
* Willingness to work on-site in Kalimantan.
