The Management Trainee will work with different departments gaining hands-on experience and exposure to different aspects of the manufacturing such as Production, Research & Development and Product Engineering. The program will be structured to give trainees practical experience, knowledge of best practices, and a solid understanding of manufacturing operations.
Job Requirements :
Max. 28 years old
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Enggineering (Min GPA 3.25)
Good personality and appearance
Strong interpersonal skill and adaptability
Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills
Placed at Cikupa Plant, Tangerang
