Minimum GPA 3,00
1 year of working experience (Fresh Graduates welcome to apply)
Strong analytical thinking & communication skill, excellent in leadership (proven with organizational experience 8 capabilities)
Good adaptability skills & willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Willing to follow 6 months to 1-year Comprehensive Leadership Program
Willing to be located in all Branches in Indonesia (Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Java)
