Main Responsibility:
Sale/purchase contract review
Follow up with the smelter/trader regarding cargo, loading process and shipping documents (document checking)
Update ship loading, documents, and ship confirmation to the sales department
Check and prepare payment invoices to the smelter/trader
Prepare sales reports
Daily follow-up on ship operations
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree with experience in administrative duties (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Have the ability to speak & writing in Mandarin
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc) and data analysis
Good at negotiating, coordinating, and networking
Quick response, good teamwork, hard-working, and continuous improvement
Willing to be placed at HO, West Jakarta
