Role Description
This is a contract role for a Human Resources Recruitment Officer. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for finding new talent, and building relationships with candidates. This is an on-site role, located in North Jakarta.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
1+ years of relevant work experience as a Recruiter
Experience in Job Description Development and HR Policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Experience with several Job portal and HR software
Ability to speak both Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently
Used to handle high demand vacant positions and like to work fast-paced working environment
Advance in Ms. Office Excel
Willing to be placed at Pluit, North Jakarta
Able to join immediately
2. HR Recruitment Internship
Job Descriptions:
Assist in the full cycle of recruitment process : Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Conduct the Psychological Test, Negotiation, Onboarding, and make a Recruitment Report of new hire candidates and working to fulfill the MPP.
Data entry and general administrative tasks.
Support other HR projects as required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent (Fresh graduate are very welcome to apply)
Proficient in MS Office (Word and advanced in excel).
Have good communication skills, initiative, team player, flexible, and well-organized.
Used to handle high demand vacant positions and like to work fast-paced working environment.
Available to join as soon as possible.
Fluent in English is a plus.
Placement: Pluit, North Jakarta.
