Requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years experiences in Quantity Surveyor or related field.
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
* Knowledge of construction materials, methods, estimating/evaluating volume & costruction cost especially in Landed house project.
* Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
* Certification as a Quantity Surveyor Inspector or similar is a plus.
2. Legal Officer
Requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree in Law
* Minimum of 1 years of experience work in real estate law, property law, or related fields.
* Strong understanding of property transactions & documentations e.g. PPJB & AJB, land use regulations, and real estate development.
* Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Graphic Designer
Requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate or property-related projects.
* Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
* Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to adapt to emerging trends.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Event Promotion Officer
Requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in event planning and promotion, preferably in the real estate or property industry.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
