Responsibility :

 

Design, compile, implement, audit, and evaluate in order to maintain the quality of products produced to conform to the specifications that have been standardized by the company.

 

Job Specification :

 

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/Nutrition or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Quality Management System, Food Safety, SAP, GMP.

Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

Have experience in handling Biscuit.

Understand the implementation of quality control in the field.

Understand the standards for food products.

Understand the production process integrally and the raw material used in the production process.

Understand the Manpower Planning.

Willing to be placed in Majalengka

2. Production Foreman

 

Responsibility :

 

Coordinate, monitor, and carry out all production activities and improvements in order to achieve the targets, regarding hygiene and safety.

 

Job Specification :

 

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Chemical Engineering/Industrial/Mechanical/Agriculture Engineering or equivalent.

Have experience in Wafer, Biscuit, Beverage or related field.

Required Skill(s): GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSMS.

Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production.

Have good leadership skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

Ready for working in a shift system (3 shifts).

Willing to be placed in Majalengka.

3. Maintenance Foreman

 

Job Description:

 

Supervise the work of technicians and teams in carrying out corrective or preventive maintenance to ensure the smoothness of the production process.

Analyze all problems that occur in the area based on quality, delivery, and safety.

Requirements:

 

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Having 1 years exeperince in Food & Beverage Industry.

Required Skills: production machines, machine reparation, and maintenance skills, standards of quality management and food safety, and report activity.

Ready working in a shift system (3 shifts).

Willing to be placed in Majalengka.

4. Maintenance Supervisor

 

Job Description:

 

Planning, coordinating, monitoring, and analyzing all activities of maintenance of production machines and supporting machines (utility) both preventive and corrective as well as control moving assets in order to support the achievement of production targets optimally based on QCD and Safety.

Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

General Qualification :

 

Have at least 2 years of experience in the same field. Especially in dry food, wafer, and biscuit.

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Have a good knowledge of production processes and machinery (extraction, wafer, biscuit).

Have a good understanding of Six Sigma.

Experienced in evaluating procedures and processes to maximize efficiency, speed, and quality, and implementing new ones as required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills..

Willing to be placed in Majalengka, West Java.
