Requirements:
Fluent in English (Listening, reading, and speaking).
Minimum Bachelor degree in any major
At least having 1 year experience
Prior experience as a Customer Service is preferred.
Able to use Microsoft Office.
Polite, neat appearance, high initiative, communicative, and broad-minded.
Familiar with telephone courtesy standards.
